Brighter and calmer days are on the horizon for you and your family
Hi, I’m Latasha! I’m a mental health therapist who helps kids express their thoughts and feelings through play therapy. Play is a child’s language, and using it in therapy helps kids feel understood, confident, and emotionally safe. I’ve supported children through big feelings, behavior challenges, trauma, and stress at home and school, and I bring experience from working in many different settings. I also work closely with parents so you never feel alone in the process and always know how to support your child between sessions.
Whether your child needs help sharing their emotions, building coping skills, healing from tough experiences, or strengthening family relationships, my goal is to create a warm, supportive space where they can grow and thrive.

Parenting is meaningful and beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely at times. You deserve a space where your concerns are heard, your strengths are recognized, and your family’s story is met with compassion, not judgment.
I’m here to help you understand your child’s needs, strengthen communication, and build the kind of relationship that feels safe, steady, and fulfilling for both of you. Together, we can create small, meaningful changes that make daily life feel lighter and more connected.
If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out today. I’d be honored to support you and your child.
