Parenting classes
The Circle of Security Parenting Class is designed to help caregivers strengthen their connection with their children and better understand their child’s emotional needs. In this class, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where questions are welcomed, real-life parenting challenges are discussed, and practical strategies for responding to your child’s emotions are taught. Using the Circle of Security framework, you will learn how to recognize your child’s cues, provide emotional support, and help them feel secure and understood. By the end of the class, caregivers often feel more confident, attuned, and empowered in their parenting, with tools to build stronger, healthier relationships with their children. My approach is always caring, compassionate, and collaborative, ensuring you feel supported as you learn and grow alongside your child.

Facilitate Family Partnership Meetings
Family Partnership Meetings provide a structured, strengths-based space where families take the lead in planning and problem-solving. I facilitate these meetings with the belief that families are the experts on their own lives, encouraging them to identify goals, explore solutions, and engage their natural supports. Families are invited to include anyone in their support network who can help them reach their goals. These meetings are collaborative, empowering, and focused on building on family strengths. I work locally with Department of Social Services agencies to support families in navigating challenges while reinforcing their confidence, connections, and decision-making skills.
